At Golden Tree Jewellers, it isn't enough for you to like your new jewellery; we want you to love it. Our team members will be happy to help you explore Golden Tree Jewellers' extensive collection of fine timepieces and jewellery until you find the perfect piece.
We will exchange any item, unworn and accompanied by the original sales slip, within 14 days of the original purchase.
If you would like to pick out your new timepiece or jewellery at a later date, Golden Tree Jewellers will readily issue a credit note for the full amount of the original purchase or any amount remaining after exchange. Your Golden Tree Jewellers credit note can be used at any time and never expires.
Please retain the credit note, as presentation is required at the time of purchase.
